Your order number is generated and stored by us to process transactions between You and Agrisim. We will ask your consent to perform any other function that we believe in good faith is necessary to protect the security or proper functioning of our Site or Service.

Who Controls Your Data

Controller of your data is AGRISIM B.V.

Controller collects, accesses, uses, and disseminates your data. We may delegate our authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information in order to provide you with high level of Services or based on your consent.

Please, note, that your data may be transferred within AGRISIM B.V. outside of your state, province, country, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other governmental jurisdiction. Unfortunately, non-EEA countries may offer lower level of protection for your data as is available in the EEA, but we will take various measures and do our best to ensure that your data are treated securely.

In particular, all the personal information is being stored and processed on the hardware of Microsoft (Ireland) which is located in the Netherlands.
